Note 9 - Located in Victor's House; requires the side quest Gask Mask Man.
Note 10 - In one of the houses in the fishing village on a bed.
Note 11 - Inside the safehouse, on a table beside the sleeping bag; requires the side quest Voltage to be completed.
Note 12 - Located on Infamy bridge, on the same level as the UV light holders.
Note 13 - On a bench outside the safe house; requires the side quest "Tunnel Vision" to be completed.

Notes 24 & 25 - 24 is on a box, 25 is up on one of the roofs with a table on it; requires the side quest "Total Security"

Notes 27 & 28 - 27 is on a table in room 207, 28 is in the back room in room 101; requires the side quest "The Shadow of the King"
Note 29 - Inside the building, apartment room 3 in the doorway; requires the side quest "Chasing Past"
Notes 30, 31 & 32 - All located within the same vicinity of each other; on the roof of the building where you first meet Spider for the side quest, "Legless Spider"
Note 33 - Inside the building; requires the side quest "Health Potion"
Note 34 - Inside the building, on a speaker behind a red chair; requires side quest "Fan Zone"
