用料:面粉500\t克、酵母粉3克、水80\t克、小苏打5g
1、首先先把所有用料放在一起,用筷子搅拌成小面絮状 。

3、再盖上盖子 , 进行发酵,发酵至两倍大即可 。发酵时间看室温而定,正常需要两个多小时 。

4、用手指沾适量面粉 , 在面团上面戳个洞,没有回弹即代表发酵成功 。
